Savant Homes, Inc. was established in September 1998 by Alan and Kim Strope. “Savant” meaning “the knowledgeable one” is a word that came from our family heritage and found it describes our business and background. “Our mission is to design and build homes that exceed the customer’s expectations and satisfies the needs of the client.”

Living in the Fort Collins area most of our lives we have seen the many changes in Northern Colorado. The quality of life within the area, having the amenities of a large town in a small community, has inspired us to raise our family here. We both received our education from Colorado State University, with a Bachelors degree in Construction Management and Communications.
